8 Apartments of 35m2 with a maximum capacity of 3 people (two adults and 1 child).
Cleaning:
You have two sets of spare towels to use for the week. Dirty towels can be stored in the appropriate containers in the washing machine room and in the public bathrooms. For stays of 9 or more nights we would enter the apartment after a week, if you arrived on Monday it will be the following Monday, and we will proceed on cleaning the apartment (except the kitchen) and changing the sheets ( the apartment must be collected). Even the sets of towels used will be replaced. In the event that you do not want the cleaner to access the apartment, please let us know by hanging the "not disturb" sign on the door handle. In this case you have the possibility to leave the dirty sheets on the terrace chair and we will take care of leaving the spare parts clean in the same place.Toilet paper will be replaced as long as it is used responsibly. If you need further services, you can request them at the reception.
Safe:
In the apartment you have a free safe,which use is under the responsibility of the costumer. The management of the complex is not responsible for the loss of objects and goods.The loss of the key costs €15.00
Others:
At the reception you can find a toaster for celiac customers. If you would like something special like extra blankets, pillows, etc. ... ask for it at reception, (without additional cost).
Rubbish removal:
the removal of rubbish is the guest responsibility. Leaving the complex, to the right and across the street, you will find the recycling bins.

Damage:
We trust that the apartment is to your liking. If a damage occurs during your stay, contact the reception and they will send a specialized technician as soon as possible. Outside reception service hours, only urgent breakdowns are attended.
