Key collection at the reception of the Mar y Mar apartments located next to the villas. If on your arrival it was early before the opening of the reception, please attend and go to the latter from 9:15 am. In case the Villa is not available, you can take advantage of the services of the apartments, which community bathrooms, boot, pool.
In the case they will arrive after the reception closes, you will find the keys in the box with a combination that is next to the door of your villa, we will contact you previously to communicate the number to use.
Cash payments are accepted only if the total invoice is not equal to or greater than € 1,000.00.You will be able to use the Villa until 11.00h

• Departure day:

Departure in the morning before the reception opens, we ask you to leave the key in the combinationlock that is affixed to the side of the entrance door, thank you.
Departure in the afternoon, you can use the bathroom / luggage room (located next to the reception),in this case he can take the towels from the apartment and use them for the shower, then leaving them on the floor in that bathroom. It may be necessary to share the bathroom / luggage room with other customers on departure. Please ask at the reception at least 3 days before departure.
Remember that the bill is settled from Monday to Friday.
