Villa Nure Cel Blau

Detached duplex villa with private swimming pool and barbecue located in the Cala'n Bosch residential area, within the municipality of Ciutadella de Menorca, approximately 200 metres from the sea and 500 metres from the beach.

The ground floor features a living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear garden area where the built-in barbecue is located, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms with two single beds each, and a third bathroom with shower.

• Magnificent sunsets. Just a few metres away, guests have the opportunity to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
• Night sky. Enjoy a pleasant evening stroll along the seafront promenade, where you can admire the lights of the iconic Artrutx Lighthouse as well as the star-filled sky.

We also recommend spending an evening lying on the lawn or on the sun loungers to observe the stars and the moon. Menorca was officially recognised as a Starlight Destination at the end of 2018. According to the Starlight Foundation (an organisation dedicated to promoting astronomy), Menorca offers areas with exceptional sky quality and serves as an outstanding example of protection and conservation.

• The nearest beach is Cala'n Bosch, located approximately 500 metres away, offering sunshade and sunbed rental services, as well as bars and restaurants. Son Xoriguer Beach is located 1,000 metres from Nure Villas Cel Blau.

In Cala'n Bosch

Villa Nure Cel Blau is located in the Cala'n Bosch residential area, well known for its marina and its wide range of bars and restaurants, as well as several boat rental offices offering vessels with or without a boating licence.

• The nearest petrol station is located at Cala'n Bosch Marina. Fuel prices are usually slightly higher than at the petrol stations in Ciutadella, located near the Horse Roundabout or in the Industrial Estate, where one station is open 24 hours a day.

In Menorca

Menorca offers many unspoilt beaches that can be reached by car, bus or bicycle. Most of them have no bars or restaurants, so we recommend always bringing water and some food.

Some of the most popular are:

North Coast

• Bot i Tancats, with white sand (better known as La Vall or Algaiarens), approximately 10 minutes on foot from the car park.
• Cala Pilar, with reddish sand, around 45 minutes' walk from the car park.
• Binimel·là, with coarse sand, around 10 minutes' walk from the car park.
• Cala Pregonda, famous for its reddish sand, approximately 30 minutes on foot from Binimel·là.

South Coast

• Son Saura, accessible by car, bicycle or bus from Ciutadella.
• Es Talaier, accessible only on foot, around 20 minutes' walk from Son Saura.
• Cala en Turqueta, accessible by car or bus to the parking area followed by a 15-minute walk.
• Macarella and Macarelleta, where private vehicle access is not permitted. They can be reached by bus from Ciutadella or on foot from Cala Galdana or Cala en Turqueta

Continuing along the south coast

• Cala Mitjana, reached after approximately a 30-minute walk from the car park located on the Ferreries–Cala Galdana road.
• Cala Trebalúger, around 30 minutes on foot from Cala Mitjana.
• Cala Fustam and Cala Escorxada, accessible after a hike of approximately two hours from Binigaus or from Trebalúger.

In Cala Galdana, water taxi services are available. The beaches of Sant Tomàs and Son Bou also have their own charm despite being developed resort areas and offer a full range of services, including bars, restaurants, sunbed hire and parasol rental.

North of Mahón

• Es Grau Beach, renowned for its beautiful lagoon and protected natural surroundings.
• Illa d’en Colom, which can be reached by kayak rental or by taking the small water taxi service departing from Es Grau pier.
• Cala Mesquida, approximately a 15-minute walk from the car park.
• Cala Presili and Cala Tortuga, located around 20 and 40 minutes respectively on foot from Favàritx Lighthouse.
