SERVICES INCLUDED:

Free WIFI throughout the villa
Clean villa prepared upon arrival.
We provide bed linen and bath towels. For stays of 9 nights or more, weekly cleaning is included.
Maintenance service.
Reception service at the Nure Cel Blau complex, located at Calle Tramontana, plot 13A - Cap d’Artrutx.
Reception opening hours from 09:00 to 13:30, Monday to Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
24-hour emergency contact telephone.

CONDITIONS:
Arrivals from 15:00 (early check-in subject to availability, please check two days before arrival).
Departures before 11:00 (late check-out subject to reception availability).

BOOKING TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS:
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay must be paid.
The remaining balance and the tourist tax are paid upon arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
Cash payments may be accepted for amounts equal to or less than €1,000.00.
Any request to modify the reservation must be made in writing and will be subject to availability at the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days or more in advance.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
In case of no-show, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
In case of early departure, the full stay will be charged.
Bank fees resulting from reservation cancellations will be charged to the guest.
In all cases, the corresponding invoice will be sent to the address provided by the guest upon registration.
