The villa in Cala en Bosch, of 135 m², has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people.

The property features a garden, garden furniture, fenced grounds, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, private swimming pool, private outdoor parking, and Smart TV.

• Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board, spacious living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, and blender), furnished terrace, and private pool and garden.

• First floor: 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each (90 cm x 190 cm per bed), and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Air conditioning throughout the house, free Wi-Fi, and barbecue facilities.

Cleaning Service:
The villa will be clean and ready upon your arrival.
Two sets of towels per person are provided for use during the week.
Bed linen is provided.
For stays of 9 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is included.
Should you require any additional services, please do not hesitate to ask.

Safety Deposit Box:
A complimentary safe is available. Its use is entirely at the guest’s responsibility. The villa management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

Other Information:
At the reception of the Nure Cel Blau apartments, a toaster for guests with coeliac disease is available upon request.
If you need extra blankets, pillows, etc., please ask.

Rubbish Disposal:
Taking out the rubbish is the guest’s responsibility. Leaving the villa and turning left, you will find the rubbish container on the opposite side of the street. Recycling containers are located next to the roundabout before heading towards Ciutadella. Recycling helps build a better world! Thank you!

Maintenance Issues:
We hope you enjoy your stay in the villa. If any maintenance issue arises during your stay, please contact reception and a specialised technician will be sent as soon as possible.
Outside reception opening hours, only urgent issues will be attended to.

Swimming Pool:
Please remember that you are staying in a quiet area and the rest hours of other guests and neighbours must be respected. Children must always swim under adult supervision. The use of glass bottles and glasses in areas close to the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.

Barbecue:
We kindly ask you to leave the barbecue in the same condition in which you found it. Thank you very much, and we hope you enjoy it!
