  • Well equipped kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, kitchenwar, kettle
  • Living area with a sofa, TV satellite, air conditioning
  • Terrace with garden view.

Cleaning:
You have two sets of spare towels to use for the week. Dirty towels can be stored in the appropriate containers arranged outside. For stays of 9 or more nights we will enter the apartment after a week, if you arrived on Monday it will be the following Monday, and we will proceed on cleaning the apartment (except the kitchen) and changing the sheets ( the apartment must be collected). Even the sets of towels used will be replaced.
In the event that you do not want the cleaner to access the apartment, please notify us by hanging the "not disturb" sign between the leaves of the shutter. In this case you have the possibility to leave the dirty sheets on the terrace chair and we will take care of leaving the spare parts clean in the same place.
Toilet paper will be replaced as long as it is used responsibly. If you need further services, you can request them at the reception.

Safe:
In the apartment you have a free safe, which use is under the responsibility of the customer. The management of the complex is not responsible for the loss of objects and goods.
The loss of the key costs 15.00€

 

Free WIFI:
Al being in an environment with trees and metal shutters it may not always have sufficient signal strength. If you need it, we inform you that the reception area has the maximum power in front of you.

Others:
At the reception you can find a toaster for celiac  customers. If you would like something special like extra blankets, pillows, etc. ... ask for it at reception, (without additional cost).

Rubbish removal:  
the removal of rubbish is the guest responsibility. The bins are located at the end of The main entrance road. Recycling bins are located before the bus stop and the "Supermarket a Prop".

Damage:
We trust that the apartment is to your liking. If a damage occurs during your stay, contact the reception and they will send a specialized technician as soon as possible. Outside reception service hours, only urgent breakdowns are attended.
