ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS:
Check-in from 15: 00 h.(earlier under availability, check two days prior to arrival)
Check-out before 11: 00 h.(for a late check-out, contact reception)
RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In order for your reservation to be considered confirmed, the deposit amount corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay must be paid.
The remaining amount and the tourist tax are payable on arrival with credit card or bank transfer. Cash payments can be accepted only if the total invoice does not equal or exceed 1.000,00€
The request for modification of the reservation must be made in writing and will be subject to the availability of the establishment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deposit will be refunded if you cancel in advance of 15 days or more.
If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the deposit will be charged.
The deposit will be charged in case of no show.
In case of early departure it will be charged the whole stay.
Bank charges generated by cancellations of reservations will go to the guest charge
In any case will be sent the invoice to the address expressed by the host when you register.
